But it was the question of, what is the dip? Because there are certain things that I noticed within coaching that I talk quite a lot about and I just expect.

to every single thing I've ever said online or every single podcast I've ever done?

Well, basically, people will ask about the dip, they'll ask about puck yes or no, they'll ask

about non-negotiables, what else comes up a lot, cruise weeks, the three-to-one method, you know, the in stuff that I talk about that

actually you do need to have listened to stuff to know what I'm talking about. So, someone

asked me what the dip is. And the dip is the observation of when people give up on their goals. so they give up in this quote-unquote dip,
