That's quite common, isn't it?

Firstly, I know that it's really really i always think prioritized sleep first

but obviously if you've not had a good night's sleep and you're then having the dip i'm going to say

trying to keep your blood sugar levels as stable as you can throughout the day is going to help so

don't do that thing where you save all your calories until later because you know you're

going to be hungry at three o'clock so maybe plan a snack for three o'clock for that dip but I definitely

wouldn't do the thing that a lot of people do because we do get hungry in the evening and then save

loads and loads of your calories I try and eat a bit.
