of background about how you got into coaching, what you do now, and then what you're going to do

with us. Okay. So my kind of coaching experience started more with actual sports, so like rowing

and trampolining.

And it was through that that I just knew that I loved coaching.

So then I went and kind of did my undergrad in physiology and my master's in S&C

to pursue that kind of career in S&C.
