last night, which was essentially that I have this really clever spreadsheet where I read through everybody's application and then I set their calories, I set their protein, I set their step target and I allocate them a coach based on who I think is going to be best for them.

Now, something went wrong with my spreadsheet.

So when I first sent the email, it was like, hello, 100.

Your calorie target is 100 grams of protein and blah, blah, blah, right?

So it was all messed up.

So then I was like, okay, fine.

I'll just put it in the right order and I'll do it again.

But what I didn't click was update all existing people, right? So then I resent the same

wrong email. And then the third time I did it, I did it correctly, but I missed out everyone's

step target. So I did it wrong not once, not twice, not even three times, but four times.

So if anyone was involved in that, which was like 90% of the people that signed up,

anyone who signed up after that, well done, you will just get the right email from the start,

But I'm very sorry about that. But I think what we can all agree on

is that I really do practice what I preach in regards to imperfect action, trying again when
