| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. This episode is going to be a little bit |
| 0:07.6 | different. And the reason for this is that my coaching has changed a lot in some ways, although |
| 0:14.2 | probably not in another or in others, because somebody did go back. Dawn went back, who's been on Committed for way over a year now, |
| 0:23.8 | went back and listened to like the first episode we ever did, which I would not recommend everybody, |
| 0:27.9 | everybody, anybody does. I don't know why I'm saying this now because people are definitely going to do that now. |
| 0:32.5 | Anyway, she said it was a lot of the same things, but that is kind of besides my point today because a lot of the ways that I've coached, coach now have changed. |
| 0:44.1 | And that's what I want to talk about today. |
| 0:46.6 | So I wanted to redo this sort of episode of, you know, what's it like coaching with ESG Fitness or with commit to six? Now, if you're listening |
| 0:56.8 | and you're a coach and you're like, well, my coaching hasn't really changed that much in the last |
| 1:00.5 | year, I strongly believe that if you are the same coach that you were a year ago, you are not |
| 1:07.7 | growing enough. And if you want to make sure that you are continuing to grow as a |
| 1:11.8 | coach, I would obviously highly recommend EIQ. One of the things that we changed last year was the |
| 1:17.8 | addition of the monthly graduate lectures. So this is where we go and get guest experts who are |
| 1:24.5 | shockingly experts in their field and know far more than us about whatever topic |
| 1:30.5 | that they're talking about. Personally, that helps me grow, but also great for everyone on |
| 1:37.1 | EIQ. The last one I watched was by Sula on stress. That was only on Friday and it was mind-blowing. So, highly recommend that |
| 1:47.3 | if you're a coach. And my aim is to always be learning and always be bettering myself and |
| 1:52.2 | becoming a better coach so I can help clients more. And if you're not as a coach, you're doing a |
| 2:00.1 | disservice to your own clients. |
| 2:02.6 | Anyway, this is why I want this to kind of update what's changed about the way that I coach. |
| 2:07.6 | So whether you're working with me, planning to work with me, or you have no interest whatsoever, |
| 2:13.6 | but you just like listening to the podcast, you will still get a lot from this. |
