So, what I want you to do is actually introduce yourself because I know you're a woman of many times.

Okay, I hate talking about myself, but I have been a personal trainer now for 10

years. I started online coaching, not to blow my own trumpet, but like before it was a thing. And by

that, I mean, I was sending out like word documents with like, this is what you should be doing on.

So I was kind of like right at the start

of online coaching. I've coached over 8,000 women now, probably about 50 of them men, not that

many men, but some. So I've learned a hell of a lot through doing that. And now I run numerous

businesses. So I have the online coaching side. I also run a nutrition course with my business partner, Amelia,

that teaches personal trainers how to teach nutrition and not mess up people's

relationship with food at the same time.
