So to continue from the last discussion on the last episode, which if you haven't listened to,

0:16.5

you should go and listen to, I wanted to touch on binge eating and to, I was going to say preface.

0:24.1

Is that the right word? Pre-pre-curs? Pre-face? I don't know which is right. Anyway, before I talk

0:31.5

about this, I am, I just want to make this clear. I am certainly not trying to suggest that binge eating disorder doesn't

1:47.5

occasionally overeating which you know most of us do right and calling it a binge or if they have

1:54.4

binge eating disorder which is characterized by a loss of control when eating and almost like a compulsion

2:00.5

to eat so if it's the latter,
