Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I don't remember to do this enough.

0:05.9

So if you do enjoy the podcast and I'm assuming because you're listening, you probably do,

0:13.2

then please do help me out by sending it to friends or family or anyone who you think

0:17.9

would benefit or just find it interesting. It really helps me boost

0:23.4

listenership and hopefully help more people. So with that said, today's episode is potentially a

1:35.4

my poor relationship with food or body image came from lack of purpose and also misplaced self-worth

1:43.2

but I do understand that for many people it's not that reason and thus this solution will not

1:49.4

work for you.

1:50.0

But the reason I want to share this is that I feel like a lot of people could save themselves

1:55.1

years of over-analysing themselves and staying stuck where they are.
