This year, I have noticed the work that

clients have put in all year has really started to show off. So many clients saying it's the first

year that they've really enjoyed Christmas as an adult because they haven't been preoccupied

with food or worrying about calories.

You cannot be truly present if you're constantly worrying about overeating or the calories in

the certain food or a missed workout or getting your steps in or that you might overindulge

or feeling guilty about the fact that you have overindulged. You get the point. Once you gain

what you do consistently, on average, over time that matters, you take a hell of a lot of pressure

off yourself and start enjoying yourself more. And really, what's more important in life than enjoying
