elaborate on it a little bit here and just to proceed this I hope that it comes across

at the way that I intend it to so it's more about personal growth than anything negative,

but often personal growth comes from something that is on the surface,

at least quite negative.

Like, I don't know, a really bad back, which changes a lot of things in your life.

So last weekend, or yesterday basically, I was pretty reflective.

Was reflecting a lot.

Not like I was reflective as in when you shine a shiny light on me.

I was luminous.

But I was reflecting in it. and it quite honestly felt quite low yesterday

which is absolutely fine by the way a completely normal emotion to feel and would probably be

quite strange if I didn't given that I'm currently in chronic pain so this isn't't like a cry for help, don't worry, I am absolutely fine.

And feeling low is also absolutely fine if any of you are feeling low

and worrying that you shouldn't have that emotion.

Because I think we almost give that off in general society at the moment

that feeling low is always a bad thing,

which I guess it is a bad thing, but it's also a normal and inevitable thing,
