yeah not didn't take too much time off over christmas um couple of days over christmas couple of days

over new year but i just found that it was really busy actually like i was found that was really

stowed out it just because of people being off work wanting to get extra sessions and stuff in so I just was there to set trains so yeah it was good no beans being pretty busy I'm glad to be back to some sort of structured training started back on the 6th of January to some structured training and dieting after kind of playing off plan for two weeks.

And I know we say it all the time, but like see if I'm not structured training, my training is so poor.

So like didn't train legs for two weeks and then regretted that last week when I went
