I'm great. Yeah. I'm excited for this. We've got loads of really good questions. So I'm going to get

right into it. Yeah. Okay. These are from the commit six group. First one, one, so there's two questions here.

One, I've read a lot about training and periods and the benefits of aligning training with

your cycle. However, there's a lot of mixed information out there. Some sources say you should

not work out when you are starting to bleed. Others say the opposite, that once you start

bleeding, your hormones are closest to men

so you should hit it. And this is just one example. What's your advice on aligning training with your

cycle? Do you want me to start on this one? Go for it. So I think, like, I know what Andy's going to say,

because he's my coach and this is how we deal with stuff.

But the first thing I'll say is that everybody's cycle is very different. And even within a person.
