I love this unilateral decision making. And I like that it just shows up in our little shared document about and I go, well,

a new feature? Can't wait. So we don't have to have a 45 minute to an hour and a half meeting

about whether to add it or not. Dude, I need fewer meetings. I was in two meetings yesterday

back to back. And I had another thing in the morning. And I, I mean, I had to leave the station and just

let me be clear. I love my job. I love all the people I work with. But everybody hates meetings.

It was like, I got to get out of here. I got to get some sunlight. It's just meetings are a lot.

That's particular to TV too that generally where we work tends to be dark.

There's never any windows in a television station.

They were like, hey, you know what we should do?

Let's design these places like bunkers.

And let's make it that the people who are forced to stay inside can't tell if it's midnight or if it's noon.

Because we don't want them to know.

We just want to be working.

I mean, every newsroom I've ever worked at.

Me too.

Maybe I will say the NBC station in Madison had some windows,

but like overlooking a sad parking lot.

But it just, it really is.
