Recently, a couple of weeks ago, I read an incredible article on climate change by Dr. Hannah Ritchie.

And it was why, I mean, the thing that stuck up most was a little quote about why we should

be optimistic. And there were also just some incredible notions and ideas which are all transferable

to all areas of life, including, shockingly for me, fat loss and getting in shape. So my favourite
