I always like to do a bit of prep before the next intake of Commit to Six.

Prep for the people who are joining, not so much for me, although it kind of works both, I guess.

time I'm going to do a five-day challenge, if you will. And it's about how much weight you can

possibly lose in five days. And I'm joking. It's definitely not about that. But it is about

getting results within five days. Most people will tell you you can't get results within five days. And most people are wrong. You absolutely can. And I'm going to prove to you that

you can feel significantly different in the next five days. So this is open to everyone. It is free.

I weirdly absolutely love doing this stuff. And I hope that it will have a huge positive impact on you.
