Well, hello there and thank you for joining me for another episode of Why Did We Break Up?

This is the second edition of what is the special offshoot of the show,

where I explore real breakups in depth and why they happened.

I did the first episode in episode 41, which you can get at baggage reclaim.

co. UK.41. And the feedback so far has just been brilliant because it really has struck a chord with a lot of people

because I think that by having a window into what goes on behind the scenes and other people's relationships

and breakups,

then we can actually really, maybe, I guess,

take a closer look at ourselves

and maybe stop being so hard on us.

I think sometimes when we are in something,

we can be so close to it that it's difficult to look at it objectively.

When we listen to stories about somebody else's pain, somebody else's dramas even, that all

of a sudden we can maybe start to you you know, let up on us a little bit.

And so just to recap, I created why did we break up because, you know, so many people are genuinely

perplexed about how they got into a situation and or why things broke down.

And I truly do believe that we can learn a lot from our breakups that can really help us to live and love better in future.

But also, we can also learn a great deal about our collective humanness and how relationships
