This is some info into why I have created the program the way I have..

I am a strong believer in understanding the why behind recommendations and if you're anything like me if you understand why I have told you to do something you are far more likely to do it and stick to it!

Plus it gives you the tools to implement these things yourself

This is a very special podcast welcoming the new commit to six members to the commit six group.

And I would usually do this as a life in the group, but I feel like nobody needs to see me awkwardly moving around because my back or the pain on my face or losing my train of thought

That's like my number one rule. I don't ever want to see anyone struggling. Just ask. And either I

will reply or someone in the group will help you out if it's like a technical problem or something

My point is never struggle in silence and if you have a question, it's very likely that other

people are wondering it too. So please, please do just ask. And after reading everyone's

information, it's quite clear that some people are absolute pros at tracking and some

people have never tracked before. And remember that we all start somewhere. We all have to learn at

some point. So please don't feel silly or like everyone else is miles ahead of you because they're

not. And in fact, it may have only been six weeks ago that someone else was in exactly the same

position you are, and now they are on top of their nutrition, nailing it, and everything's just

clicked in place for them. And that is the whole point of the program. But saying that,

you won't get as much out of the program if you do not ask when you're struggling. So please, please ask. I feel like I've
