this episode. Hello, the title of today's podcast is, the answer is discipline, not motivation.

I know that in itself was extremely motivating, paradoxically, but hopefully by the end of

this podcast, you will fully believe that and you will be like, no, do you know what? I'm not going to

wait for motivation anymore. I'm going to start because waiting until you feel like it is your

problem. It's my problem too, right? It's everyone's problem. It is a universal problem.

And thus, if waiting to feel like it is your problem, then motivation is your problem.

Motivation is based on the assumption that we should wait until we feel like doing something to do it. And the obvious problem here

is that we often don't feel like doing the things that we should do or that we want to do

or that we know are good for us, that we know that our future self will thank us for. For example, you want to start going to the gym

because you know the benefits of going to the gym. But inevitably, you didn't really feel like

going to the gym. And there's always tomorrow that you could start. Or there's always something

else that you could be doing with that time. That situation will never change.
