you've gone off track and you're overwhelmed about starting again and it all seems really

hard and unachievable at the moment. This episode is for you. The first point I want to make is

that going off track from time to time or falling out of routine, like I say going off track

routine you're in is completely normal, inevitable and most importantly, not a failure. It's the not

getting back on track slash not getting back into routine that is the issue. And as probably my favorite saying goes,
