this episode. Hello and welcome to this episode. Today I wanted to talk about six things that I do

that help me function optimally that have nothing to do with fat loss or with building muscle

or body composition or the way that I look. There is this assumption often made that diet and exercise

are always about looking a certain way or losing body fat and And this couldn't be further from the truth.

That is just one very small part of why people diet and exercise. And it's often what draws people in,

but it's certainly not the most important or profound impact that diet and exercise can have.

And I'm actually not going to talk that much about healthier, but I will say that diet and exercise can have. And I'm actually not going to talk that much about health here,
