Without further ado, because I hate long introductions, here is

this episode. Hello, welcome to the podcast. Last week, I think it was, or maybe it was,

yeah, last week, I got sent some of the worst nutrition advice I have been sent in years and usually I just ignore

this stuff especially as I've been sent this individual stuff before and kind of just brush over it

and the person is local to me and I don't like I don't want to get beaten up I don't like drama

and I like having my little quiet life here.

But this is without a doubt some of the worst advice I've seen.

And it shows not only a complete disregard for people's long-term relationship with food.

And I had, this is, I think this is why it spurred me on to do the podcast.

I had hundreds of DMs about fear of fruit, like being afraid to eat fruit because of this

advice. And that has long term implications. And the impact on people's lives, not only are you

scamming people. And now with the cost of everything going up,

like you're scamming people at a time when, you know, you don't ever want to be spending money on scams,
