they got from the group and they all they were all sort of like oh you know I'm not very active myself

and, like, the support in the group has really helped me. So a huge thank you to the people

who do put a lot of effort into the group and who share a lot and who comment and support each other.

Like, it's such a supportive place. And I often find, like, I'll go to a post that I feel like I should respond

to but everyone's already responded far better than me so I'm just like amazing. It's such a good

for doing that. Also a lot of people are staying on for committed, which is amazing,

like commit the most it was the ones that really practiced in perfect action and you know didn't

use anything as an excuse yeah I'm on holiday but doesn't mean I have to eat everything or yeah I've
