episode. Hello and welcome to today's podcast, which is all about jumping to solutions.

This is something that I am personally 100% guilty of. It is my tendency, it is my predisposition.

I like to fix things immediately. I like to find solutions immediately.

But it's important to remind myself, given that I know this about myself,

that it's not always the best way.

Like, maybe you shouldn't

be looking directly for the solution straight away. And actually, what would be quite a sensible thing

to do before jumping in is to assess the problem first, or assess the decision before you make it.
