The idea behind this is to give you momentum. Starting is often the hard part. It's hard to start when you don't feel great. The next 3 days are about making you FEEL better. That is a much easier place to start investing in yourself from.

this episode. Hello everyone, welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. It's quite

early for me to record a podcast. I don't think I've ever recorded one this early in the day,

and my body's not actually a bin so you know it's it's a tough one anyway that's not what this
