and imposter syndrome. So the things that often stop people taking action. And these things,

fear of failure, lack of confidence, imposter syndrome, they're not going anywhere.

So the solution isn't to try and make them go away or to avoid them.

In fact, avoiding them will only make things worse as the only way to increase confidence

and reduce fear of failure is by taking

action and building that trust within yourself that no matter what happens, you will be okay,

you will deal with it because you are resilient. So the answer to fear is to trust yourself.
