Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

0:05.6

Today we are going to be, when I say we, I mean I'm going to be talking about behaviour science.

0:12.9

Behavioral science? Well, that started well, didn't it?

0:16.4

And I will also touch on why, gosh, words aren't great today, why weight watches isn't

0:25.4

stupid. And maybe what you've probably assumed about things like point systems and sins,

0:32.8

et cetera, et cetera. And what I really think we're missing out as coaches on.

1:24.9

1:34.3

the diet and exercise stuff is pretty simple and maybe that's just representative of where I

1:41.8

am.

1:42.5

But I actually don't think that. It's just a consideration,

1:46.0

but I actually think this is where most people are and what is going to be most useful for

1:50.5

people who want to make long-term sustainable change. So you might be thinking, rightly,

1:57.1

why should I care about behavioural science? It sounds quite dull. And I vaguely thought that myself.
