So you know how everyone always says that you’ve gotta “CEO it up!” to be successful? Today I’m circling back to a conversation we began together some time ago about letting go of the “business” of my business, because I personally needed the reminder after slipping back into my old barreling ways. I’m going to tell you all about my new program (eek!), the epiphany I had while planning it (spoiler alert: it required some tweaking), and what happens when you decide to stop “making it work”, and maybe just don’t do it.
