Hey, hey, y'all. It's Tiffany here. Welcome back. I'm so excited to be bringing you this interview with Flora Boli.

Flora has, this is her third time on the podcast. She was one of my very first guests, I think, episode 19.

We go way back. And what Flora and I are talking about this week is really focused on her new book, The Art of Aliveness.

And what she calls this is a creative return to what matters most. And part of why I wanted to

feature Flora now is because I've just kind of repositioned, changed the name and the focus of the podcast.

And Flora is kind of doing that for herself and in her work with this book, The Art of Aliveness.

On the back of the book, it says, you are a living work of art.

And when we think about stepping into our most radiant technicolor lives,

when we think about really tapping into radical self-belief, when we think about living as

wildly creative beings that we are independent of what we make, right? This isn't about

becoming, we all become painters. If you want to become a

painter, awesome. Or if you want to produce some sort of art, great. But that's not the goal that we're

after here. The goal, and I think Flor and I have really similar missions, the goal is that this world is full of people who are brought to life, who are lit up, who are showing up creatively, who are able to problem solve, who are able to imagine life in different ways. And I'm just, I'm just so excited

for y'all to hear this conversation that I have with Flora. So let me quickly introduce
