Han show. I am so excited to be bringing you this week's interview.

This is an interview with my friend Kyla Roma, and the interview really stemmed from a conversation that

Kyla and I were having just with each other. And we kind of got into a discussion about all of the things that the

internet has told us over the years about how to be, what to do, what we're missing in our lives

that can't fail path to freedom and expansion and all of the things that I know

so many of us are craving, craving going deeper in. And I said to her, we should have a podcast

interview about this or a podcast conversation about this about the lies the internet has told us. And, oh, y'all, what I love about

these conversations always is that I can go in having a really clear vision of where I think

things are going to go. And they never actually go the way that I planned. And not only do they

never go the way that I plan, but I feel like they always go somewhere even more beautiful,

even more true, even more real, even more powerful. And that is exactly what happened in this

conversation with Kyla. So you will hear us starting out talking about

some of the untruths or unn nuanced things that the internet has told us. And we're talking about

business, entrepreneurship, life fulfillment, happiness, all of that. But then we also wanted to make it really clear that the

internet isn't all bad. Kyla and I actually became friends via social media. And there is a lot of

really fantastic connection, education, learning that is possible. So we talk about that. And then we got into this whole other place about feelings

and emotions and knowing you aren't alone and allowing yourself to feel everything you want to

feel. And I really, I just, I loved where it went. My favorite thing about doing interviews for this show is that I get to actually experience
