| 1:36.6 | weight watchers members, yes, who had lost more than 50 pounds, no, who had lost on average |
| 1:43.4 | more than 50 pounds. So I guess some people |
| 1:45.1 | will have lost considerably more than that and some people less. And, and here's the important part, |
| 1:51.9 | manage to keep the weight off for three years or more. I just really want to emphasize that point |
