Okay, I've not started very well, I've already said once, but I would like to start with a very obvious but i think very useful reminder

0:25.5

and that is very simple you have to enjoy the journey and that is true whether your goal is fat

0:35.3

loss or it's career based or it's business based or

0:38.1

it's relationship based. Literally anything in life, you have to enjoy the journey because life is

0:46.7

essentially all about enjoying the journey. And at some point you realize that there will always be something to improve on.

0:56.8

And I think that's such an important realization, because once you embrace that,

head, but you can't really define when you would actually be happy, when you would actually

1:41.4

stop, because there isn't one. Like, that's what life is. It's about learning. It's about growing. And the truth is because there isn't one like that's what life is it's about learning it's about growing and the truth is there isn't an end point or like end point as death

1:49.5

I guess but there isn't this point of like self-actualization where you're suddenly the perfect

1:55.1

human and you don't need to do any more self-work and you don't need to go to the gym and you don't

2:00.3

need to do all these things like you don't need to do all these

2:00.9

things like you don't need any improvement whatsoever that's never going to happen there will
