Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. This is probably going to be the last,

0:06.8

or the penultimate, great word, the second to last episode of 2021. And today I want to talk about

0:17.1

hunger. So, one of the most common things that people struggle with when dieting is hunger.

0:24.5

I'm sure that's not news to anyone. And what might be news to some people is that people experience

0:30.7

hunger in very, very different ways. And this can be for various reasons, not limited to the ones I'm about to discuss but things like

0:39.8

1:52.5

But the likelihood is they also have a slightly lower drive to eat than someone who struggles to

1:57.6

get lean. And as I said, I'm not saying it still doesn't require hard work,

2:03.1

but I am certainly saying that it is significantly harder for some people than it is for others.

2:09.7

And so my point is that fat loss is not an even playing field and it simply isn't as easy for everyone.

2:17.6

And if you don't understand this, if you can't get your head around this, then you should
