Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast.

Coming to you again from a closet in Mexico.

0:09.3

For a long time since I've been in a closet,

0:12.6

from last week.

0:15.3

Oh, that was a very poor joke.

0:17.7

Anyway, something that I read on Twitter this week that I wanted to share with

0:21.6

you is a quote. And I think this is so good. I shared it on Instagram. It didn't, like,

0:28.4

it didn't go down that well, but maybe it's because it didn't have context. Maybe it's because

1:30.5

learn from them, and then make a plan for a better a better day tomorrow and get you right back on track so that you don't stay submerged in the

1:39.0

river and drown, essentially. And by the way, on the snow, we open on Monday. That has been one of the quickest rounds.

1:47.6

I don't know if it's because I'm away, but it seems so quick. Anyway, we open on Monday.

1:52.7

The day that this episode is released actually, it's actually Thursday right now. You're listening
