Yeah, I mean you've probably not seen us together, but anyway, you want to come on and do this episode because the next intake of EIQ is about to be launched.

In fact, when we released this, it will be launched.

And we wanted to talk about why we created EIQ Nutrition a little bit about where

the benefits that people will get from doing it and then what people essentially get

when they sign up.

So Emma, what is the IQ nutrition?

What is it? Or, like, what does it stand for?

We get that question quite a lot, don't we?

Yeah, we do. And it's not Emma and Amelia, M&M, as everyone would assume.

We are not that egotistical yet.

It is emotional intelligence quotient because we wanted to develop a course that was not just about the knowledge,

but about the behaviour

change side of coaching.

Yeah, which I think any coach who's been a coach for more than 10 minutes will realise

that it's much more, I mean, what's much more influential isn't just like these are your

calories.
