Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast.

0:04.2

I've decided to add a segment to the podcast because I always have some kind of thought

0:11.0

that I want to talk about which really has nothing to do with the content.

0:15.1

I don't fully think about that concept or give myself time to consider it without them quickly moving on to the next thing.

1:19.0

And I think when I first noticed this, it was at conferences.

1:23.3

So I listened to maybe an amazing talk and if that was like a keynote speech on its own,

1:32.6

I would maybe spend a whole week thinking about that afterwards, maybe reading more on that
