So quite cool actually having a client who's not like, my goal is fat loss.

Like Hannah's goal is generally to be as productive as possible and have a happy healthy

get this ultimately with like most of your clients like they come and they're like I would

like to lose some fat please well maybe not everyone but most of your clientfully come for like fat and then we achieved that and I was like to lose some fat, please. Well, maybe not everyone, but mostly like, for like, for like fat loss.

And then we achieved that and I was like,

I'm actually finding this process like really useful for like broader life
