That sounded really, really scripted and strange,

but it actually means so much to me that people even listen to the podcast for 300 episodes,

because podcasting is my favourite thing to do,

is my favourite form of social media communication.

I don't know.

But basically nothing is going to change just more of the same.

I just thought, hmm, 300.

Andy messaged me saying,

your next episode is going to be episode 300. And I just thought, hmm, 300. Andy messaged me saying, your next episode is going to be episode 300. I was like, oh, maybe I should do something for it. And well, I haven't,

but now that I've mentioned it, there. And a special thank you to anyone that shares the podcast.

Some people message me and like, oh, I'm really sorry if this is

annoying because I share it all the time and I'm like, no, it is like just makes me feel like I'm

doing a good job. So thank you very much if you share the podcast. And that makes me know as well

which ones you resonate with, which ones you like, which ones you find funny. And you know what

helps other people listen as well?

Because they're like, oh, no, what am I missing out on?

And it turns out today quite a lot of strange ramble

because I'm like delusionally tired.

So not sure what's going to come out today.

I've just come back from IFS in London, which was really, really, really fun and such a nice weekend.
