I think that there's a component of it of, you know, when you're bringing on a

C. O or if you're a C. O going into a company is really, you know, spending the time to do you

get a, you know, some sort of coach mentor or something to kind of really help set the tone for the relationship

and make sure you understand, so you're not trying to kind of learn and navigate.
