1:49.1 | and then getting the official diagnosis and just lots of upheaval. |
1:56.3 | And now I'm in a place where I'm in a much better head space, just body space, about the whole thing, |

2:08.8 | My body has been through a series of crashes, you know, major surgery, infections, cancer diagnosis, |
2:16.4 | medical menopause, stopping HRT, then stopping supplements. |
2:22.6 | So I'm still adjusting and I'm realizing actually I'm just a bit tired because, you know, life. |
