Recently, I have been talking to groups of employees in companies over Zoom about how to go about building better boundaries. In essence, the session is on

having healthier work boundaries by figuring out where they can cut back on people pleasing,

with the aim that this actually reduces stress levels. It's really good for our well-being

and it's good for our careers. And between

those sessions, but also talking to areas clients and members of Reclaimed and even people in my

personal life, a lot of us are struggling. There is the sense that there is

something wrong with us that we are so affected by work. There's a lot of exhausted people

out there. And there's so many people I know who've experienced burnout.

I know some people personally and professionally who've experienced breakdowns as a result of work.

A lot of people I know are teetering on the brink.
