Thanks for lending us your ears and today we want to talk about things that are overused and

overplayed, i.e. mainly the word leadership. Leadership is often overused and it is thrown out all over the place.

You know, there's tons of books, tons of podcasts, tons of

speakers that go around speaking on it, which is fine because it's highly needed. There is definitely like all those things wouldn't exist if there was not a lack of that

need in the workplace, in the military, just in life in general, but the, you know, it's kind of like therapy words where people overuse therapy words, you know, I'm triggered or I'm whatever safe space.

It's leadership is the same way. People use or overuse leader leadership way

way too much.

And once you start to overuse something,

it actually ends up meaning nothing.

So that's kind of what I wanted to talk about.

And I was telling, like I said earlier,

I wake up in the middle of night and I can't sleep sometimes.

And so then I just write things down in a note

and then hope to talk about it. So that's kind of one I wanted to throw to you. And I bet I'd be willing to bet that Trent has some hot takes on this. So we may have to re-shoot this one later on, but what do you got?
