So if you go back to 2008 or so, I was at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

helping to run the Leadership Program Office.

I was the program director for what's called the

Venture program so I led all their wilderness expeditions around the world so

Kilimanjaro and Antarctica and all that stuff. A lot of my students were coming

out of special operations or tactical law enforcement or professional sports and I noticed me my background is a wilderness guide. I've led expeditions on all seven continents and so I started to find all these things in common with with folks

that were used to being cold, wet, tired, and hungry under different conditions than me.
