Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for coming out.

Man, I'm not going to talk into it too much.

You know, like I said, you're a well-known name and a bunch of different circles, so I'm just going to open

it up to you and why don't you tell everybody a little bit about your backstory and a little bit what brings you here today?

Sure, I'm happy to do that but first I really have to say thank you guys for doing what you do.

You know just in the recent podcast that you guys are putting out, like, I wish there was this avenue of information available to me prior to joining the military, prior to joining Air Force Special Warfare.

So seeing what you guys are putting out there, you know, just the wealth of information, the great understanding, the knowledge, and then primarily just the sharing of perspectives that I think is all too lacking for people who are looking to join the military.

I think you guys are absolutely knocking out of the park.

So, so congrats and kudos to all to the three of you

for putting all this together.

Yeah, a little bit about me.

Tim Pacheza was a career TACP, served for just under 25 years. So had a very interesting career, had a very blessed career, a happily married father of three. My kids are 18, 9, and 3 because I don't know how

sex works. So, you know, you know, you know retired 2019, six months later, the wife shows up pregnant.

You're like, wow, they don't, they don't, they don't tell you that just the tip is as dangerous in your 40s as it is in your teens.

And they need to put that shit on the label so but yeah so uh you know so

uh retired you know living out here in in Phoenix Arizona getting to do some some leadership stuff, but my career started at

Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 82nd Airborne Division, and so so many storied people from the

TACP world start there, especially in the time that I showed up there in the mid

90s as I date myself through that concept. But you know, one of my first battalion teammates was then Airmen First Class Dave Bickel, you know one of my first battalion teammates was then airman first class Dave
