| 1:07.0 | If they are true to you, then they are true. |
| 1:10.0 | But the real question is, is that how you want to live your life? |
| 1:15.1 | Are you going to be essentially the victim to the story that you're telling yourself? |
| 1:20.3 | And the reason that it doesn't matter is that whether it's true or not, the story can limit you. |
| 1:26.2 | You might be telling yourself that you'll always |
| 1:29.5 | struggle with weight loss because of your genetics. And it could be true that you've been |
| 1:34.9 | dealt a tough card on the genetics front in terms of your ability to lose weight. And maybe you are |
| 1:41.1 | predisposed to having a higher drive to eat, which is primarily how your genes |
| 1:45.8 | impact your weight. But believing that this is true is limiting you more than it actually being |
| 1:52.4 | true. So your thoughts about your limits are more limiting than the limits themselves. |
