For me, like when I actually take the time to paint the color meditations and feel my body

relax and shift my mindset, other things come easier, right? And so if nothing else, it's great for that.

And like, I have to be accepting of that and, you know, willing to let that happen and, you know, hopeful that other people can experience that too. And that, yes, once you understand more about yourself, then you can only more firmly speak the truth to power that you need to. You know, it's like when you feel grounded, when you feel safe, when you feel secure, you can then share things that maybe you couldn't have prior.
