Quickie for you. Little episode, big idea. Hey, just came up with that tagline. What do you think?

So today's episode, as you know, is called Gah, callings.

And I thought of this episode because I was having a conversation recently with somebody who was putting so much pressure on herself to figure out her next step because she thought

she needed to find her capital C forever and ever calling in life.

And, you know, sure.

I think it would be great if we all felt like we were living our calling.

I think that we are, I think so much of what I'm trying to do in this podcast is break down a lot of

the rhetoric that we've been fed and say like, well, maybe, but also maybe not. And try to offer

some different perspectives because this stuff is always nuanced. It's never either or. It's never

job you hate or calling. But so often when we hear and we read the articles,

we hear people talk about how to get out of a job you hate, sometimes a very first step is

figure out your calling. Here's my first step to get out of a job you hate. Find another job that sucks less.

Yeah.

Uh-huh.

Guess what?
