#279: For the longest time, I thought I was the only one rolling around in my emotional outsourcing, completely disconnected from my body. The truth is we often disconnect from our bodies as a way to get through life, and I designed The Somatic Studio to show folks how to use body-based practices to establish stronger connections to their magical selves.
This week, I'm sharing a delightful conversation I had with a recent member of The Somatic Studio, Kyra Sutherland, who is here to tell us about the discoveries and healing she experienced there. We discuss how the brain-body disconnect was showing up for Kyra, the beauty of becoming aware of your patterns, and how the community aspect of The Somatic Studio has been the greatest gift.
