Hey, hey, y'all. It's Tiffany. Welcome back to raise your hand, say yes, and happy Friday.

We have made it through another week. And this week for our Friday Quickie, I'm going to talk

about something that I think is a really great tool to have in your back pocket. As you navigate your life,

as you look at how can you embrace a sense of personal agency for yourself as you think about

all of the things you want to raise your hand and say yes to. And as you make individual

decisions, because if you're anything

like me, I just know at the end of the day, sometimes I'm just tired of making decisions, right?

Decision fatigue is real. And when it comes to should I do X or Y, sometimes the answer is not

that easy.

So here's your tool.

Here's what I want you to do.

Here's what I want you to remember.

Here's what I want you to tuck away for the next time you need it.

The idea of embracing impermanence.
