I have had a lovely week. I did a fair amount of reflecting. I've got very reflective this week.

I was also working a lot on the EIQ lectures and programming for the new commit six intake.

And it made me think about how a little bit cringe, but probably shouldn't be,

And it's still, to me, like the coolest thing that so many people want me to coach them and I think

it's easy to get swept up in writing lectures being boring and I actually find it really enjoyable but

that kind of thing can be quite tedious I guess for some people or that programming workouts gets

tedious which I mean mostly I love people, or that programming workouts gets tedious, which,

I mean, mostly I love, but let's be real, it does at some point. But I still genuinely

love doing it. And usually if you're losing the love for something that you love, it's because

you're doing too much of it. And when you start to resent something

that you love, it's normally a good sign that you need some time off or you need to reduce your

workload, your client numbers, or you need to outsource in some way. Anyway, my point is it's

easy to get overwhelmed by lecture writing, programming and

forget that it's actually the coolest thing ever that so many people want to learn from you or

be coached by you and I will never take that for granted. So if you are a coach listening,

just take a second to step back and be like, this is pretty

freaking cool. Because where you are now is likely where you were dreaming of being five years
