Hello, this podcast is going to be about the scale weight, which I probably talk about on every

0:08.1

single Q&A podcast, but it is so, so important and is one of the things that holds people back.

0:16.4

And probably the most useful thing you can do when you're trying to get someone to change their mindset

0:21.3

is to repeat and to reinforce the message frequently in different ways numerous times with different

0:29.2

examples, etc, etc. So that is essentially what I will be doing today and what I will continue to do

1:27.4

repeating myself or

1:28.6

finding different ways to say the same thing so that it will resonate with someone, then I will

1:33.9

absolutely spend my time doing that. And if it still doesn't sink in, then I will assume that I have

1:41.2

not explained it well enough yet. And so that is why this podcast is again on the scale weight.

1:50.2

So this week I had a discussion with actually quite a few people,

1:54.6

but someone in particular about how they feel when they weigh themselves.

1:59.6

And they said that sometimes they feel great

2:02.4

they feel pretty lean they feel like everything's going really well and then they weigh
